Our mission
We strive to completely replace single-use packaging with circular, reusable systems. Customized, robust packaging and a complete service package for the collection, cleaning, repair, and return of pallet wraps provide our customers peace of mind. We combine environmental responsibility with economic viability by producing locally and using a closed-loop model.
Our story
return2sender started in 2024 with a simple but ambitious challenge: "Would it be possible to turn an old big bag into a superior, reusable pallet wrap?"
Adriaan and Johan asked themselves this question during an innovation project. What they discovered was both frustrating and inspiring.
There were no viable alternatives to disposable stretch film. Existing solutions were too heavy, too complex to use, and not safe enough for road transport. In short: unsuitable for real logistics. But instead of accepting this, they decided to do things differently.
They took a used big bag — trash, that is — and experimented with it as if it were a design puzzle. How do you make something lightweight, reusable, and transport-safe? What started as a crazy idea on a workbench grew into a working solution that even passed the strict EUMOS 40509 stability test.
Together with CEO Willem, they decided to go beyond a prototype. They patented the solution, founded a company, and built a circular business model around it. Today, they're pioneering a fully reusable wrap that can be used hundreds of times, protects loads better than film, and helps companies prepare for the future.
