Pilot program process
Online intake interview
We'll learn about your needs, current packaging process and logistics. We'll present and discuss the pallet wrap solution in detail. Together, we'll assess whether a pilot project is desirable.
On-site demo
We'll come to you with a standard wrap and conduct a test at your facilities. You can immediately see how the system works on your own loads, under realistic conditions.
Custom design
After a positive decision, your experts will discuss the desired adjustments to the pallet wrap with our designers. If needed or desired, we will create a revised prototype.
Pilot launch and evaluation
You'll implement the modified design in a controlled environment over several weeks. The goal is to assess the usage of the wraps and identify areas for improvement.
Evaluation and scaling up
We discuss the recorded improvement points and propose an adjusted design.
The new design is being implemented and together we determine the concrete implementation.
